ACRA says withdraws credit rating of Yandex NV as contract expires

MOSCOW, Dec 29 (PRIME) -- The Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has withdrawn the AA+(RU) credit rating with a Stable outlook previously assigned to Yandex N.V., the Dutch parent firm of Russian Internet company Yandex, due to contract expiration on the rated entity’s request, the agency said on Friday in a statement.

“The rating has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation,” ACRA said.

The credit rating of Yandex N.V. was published by ACRA for the first time on January 20, 2022.
